Process for Returns:

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories, manuals, and components.

Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund Processing:

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Issuance: If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once

the refund has been processed.

Deductions: Any shipping costs paid by Seattle Restaurant Supply for the original delivery may be deducted from the refund amount.
